Appraisal Type
The Appraisal Type Maintenance allows you to create Appraisal Types which are used to define the process and workflow for your Appraisals. Multiple Appraisal Types can be defined, based upon different processes for an Appraisal, such as a how it will be routed (I.e. Manager only Appraisal or Peer Review Appraisal). You can also define the Approvers, Appraisal Reports, and the use of Goals.
