The Instructions Tab allows you to set up free-form Instructions for the Manager, Employee, Reviewer, or Approver of an Appraisal, reminding each User of what steps they need to take to complete the Appraisal Process.
Note: This is especially useful when you require Managers to assign Weights during the Appraisal Process.
