Journals
The Journals tab allows you to view all the Journals associated with the selected Employee's profile. You can also add new Journal entries.
Adding a New Journal
To add new 'Journal', click on the Green plus symbol.

Title
Enter a descriptive title for the Journal.
Note: This is a required field. -
Type
Choose a Journal Type from the lookup tool.
Note: This is a required field. -
Private
Journal viewing will be set to private if enabled, and public if disabled. -
Author
Displays the first and last name of the Author of the Journal (the Author is the person creating the Journal). -
Description
Enter a detailed Description of the Journal.
Note: This is a required field. -
Attachments
If you would like to add an Attachment, click on the Green plus symbol and the File Explorer will open. -
Save
Once you are satisfied with your selections, click on the 'Save' icon.
Note: To modify access to this section, utilize Group Security Maintenance. This is controlled by the Profiles - Journals securable.
