Disallowed Phrase Category

The Disallowed Phrase Category Maintenance allows you to group the Disallowed Phrases into a Category of your choosing.

Disallowed Phrase Category List
The Disallowed Phrase Categories available in this list are the categories you can assign Disallowed Phrases to for flagging purposes in the Appraisal process. You also have the ability to add new Disallowed Phrase Categories.

  1. New
    To add a new 'Disallowed Phrase Category' click on the 'New' icon.

  2. Category
    Create a descriptive title for the Category.

  3. Save
    Once you are satisfied with your selections, click on 'Save'.
