Custom Routing

The Custom Routing Maintenance allows you to create Custom Routings that can be used when Initiating Appraisals or can be assigned to specific Appraisals.

Criteria Category List
The Custom Routings available in this list can be used within Appraisals to provide a customized routing hierarchy during the Appraisal process. You also have the ability to create new Custom Routings.

  1. New
    To create a new 'Custom Routing' click on the 'New' icon.

  2. ID
    Enter an ID for the Custom Routing.

  3. Description
    Enter a Description for the Custom Routing.

  4. Steps

    1. Add
      Allows you to add an Employee to the Custom Routing hierarchy.

    2. Remove
      Allows you to remove an Employee from the Custom Routing hierarchy. You must first click to highlight the Employee you would like to remove from the Custom Routing, then click on 'Remove'.

    3. Navigation Arrows
      Click to highlight the Employee you would like to move up or down in the hierarchy, and select the up or down arrows to move them into the correct order in the Custom Routing hierarchy.

  5. Save
    Once you are satisfied with your selections, click on 'Save'.
