Competency

The Competency Maintenance allows you to create Compentencies for the purpose of allowing HR to tag Performance Factors to Competencies. Employees can then be reviewed on how well they are doing in a specific Competency (such as Accuracy & Precision, Communication, etc.) across the Organization, within their Department/Location.

Competency List
The Competencies available in this list have phrases assigned to them. Phrases are associated to the Competencies under the 'Phrases' section; however, the Competencies must be created here first before any Phrases can be assigned to them.

  1. New
    To create a new Competency click on the 'New' icon.

  2. ID
    Enter the ID for this Competency.

  3. Description
    Enter a Description for this Competency.

  4. Save
    Once you are satisfied with your selections, click on 'Save'.
