Timesheet List
The Timesheet List page lists all the open Timesheets for the Pay Period selected which can include your Timesheet, and your Employee's Timesheets.

ID
Timesheet identification number. -
Employee
Last Name, First Name. -
Status
Displays the 'Status' of the Timesheet. -
Regular
Total 'Regular' hours on the Timesheet. -
Total OT 1
Total 'OT 1' hours on the Timesheet. -
Total OT 2
Total 'OT 2' hours on the Timesheet. -
Missing Punch
Displays if there are any missing punches on the Timesheet. -
Exceptions
Displays if there are any exceptions on the Timesheet.
Note: You can modify which columns are displayed here by enabling or disabling them under the 'Timesheet List' section of the Time Columns tab located within the Pay Policy Maintenance.
Timesheet List Toolbar
The button tools available in the upper left-hand side of the screen are called the 'Toolbar'. You can hover over these buttons for a tooltip that says what each of the buttons is called, but in the Timesheet list, you have the options below:

Open Timesheet
Allows you to open a specific Timesheet from the list of unopened Timesheet(s). -
Open All Timesheets
Allows you to open all of the remaining unopened Timesheet(s) for that specific Pay Period. -
Approve Selected Timesheets
Approves the selected Timesheet(s) for the Pay Period. -
Print Timesheets
Click to print an overview of all the Open Timesheets. -
Search Options
Opens up the 'Search & Filter' options for the Timesheet List in the selected Pay Period. These options allow you to filter out Employees from the list. Use the 'Search & Filter' to find a specific Employee or a group of Employees.
Note: The filter will automatically update as the options are changed.
